Vintage Watercolur and Pen Painting of Gravesend

We were very lucky recently to unearth a wonderful portfolio of watercolour paintings by the same artist.

They are mostly of Cornwall and dated in the 1950s.

This one is titled on the back: GRAVESEND - Thames barge at anchor March 2nd 1957 and is signed to the front: G.F. Warren '57

The colour, detail and style are wonderful showing a harbour scene with pale pastel watecolour and pen ship detailing.

The artist paper it is painted on is stiff so it could be simply clipped with a bulldog clip and hung on a wall.
