We were very lucky recently to unearth a wonderful portfolio of watercolour paintings by the same artist.
They are mostly of Cornwall and dated in the 1950s.
This one is titled on the back: Porthleven, Cornwall Aug1955 and is signed to the front: G.F. Warren
The colour, detail and style are wonderful showing a simple harbour scene with boats in the foreground and the houses in simple single colour in the background.
The artist paper it is painted on is fairly stiff so it could be simply clipped with a bulldog clip and hung on a wall.
