Vintage Watercolour Painting of London Road Salisbury

We were very lucky recently to unearth a wonderful portfolio of watercolour paintings by the same artist.

They are mostly of Cornwall and dated in the 1950s.

This one is titled and signed on the back: THE VIEW FROM MY BEDROOM 78, LONDON ROAD SALISBURY WILTS 1962 G.F. Warren

The colour, detail and style are wonderful showing the view through the window of a rural scene and part of the house.

The artist paper it is painted on is stiff so it could be simply clipped with a bulldog clip and hung on a wall.
