Vintage Fortnum & Mason Box

Sweet little Fortnum & Mason wooden box with lovely clear wording to each side.

Both long sides read:  BY APPOINTMENT TO THE KING FORTNUM & MASON Piccadilly London W1. While the two ends read: CORDON ROUGE PRIVATE CUVEE 1928. 

I have assumed from this that the box once contained a miniature bottle of champagne.

Perfect to use now as a little storage box or simply for display.
