I love these wonderful old wooden turnpins once a standard part of an old plumber’s toolkit. They were used to expand the end of a lead pipe prior to jointing but now make the most wonderful tactile display pieces.
This lovely large one have fabulous patina with signs of use that all add to its appeal.
